I found Philly Tech Help through Yelp and was able to speak with him within the hour to setup a convenient time for him to pickup my laptop. He came to my house and picked up my computer the same day. The rates are very reasonable, and I got my computer back in a short period of time. "Keith was very helpful in fixing my machine (fan was not working/tons of viruses/would barely turn on). He ordered a new fan, replaced the fan and cleaned up most of the gunk on my computer. He offers free pickup and dropoff which is great and his prices were quite affordable vs. sending into Dell and waiting a month for it to be sent back. I've only had the computer back for one day since picking up from Keith, but it is running much smoother than before and am hoping it remains this way going forward.
Although my charger was possibly misplaced, he provided one that works ideally with my machine and was apologetic in that sense.

"Fantastic job! I am delighted with Keith's terrific service in both setting up my new computer and in retrieving my lost documents from the old one. Here's what happened. My Dell AIO desktop suddenly died. After following every suggestion on the internet, it would not start. All my important documents going back several years were on its hard drive. I assumed that my external drive had backed up the documents, but was not sure. I decided to replace the Dell ASAP and after some research ordered an HP AIO Envy. It arrived within a week. I then began looking for technical help both to set up my new computer and to retrieve my documents.
Fortunately, I found Keith at PhillyTechHelp. I called him and within a day he came to my home and confirmed my suspicion that the motherboard had fried. He expertly set up my new HP and patiently configured it to suit all my needs, including the apps and links that I previously used. I was greatly impressed with Keith's depth of knowledge and patience. He not only set me up, but introduced me to features I didn't know the computer had. I frankly learned a lot from him, and he stayed with me until I was fully comfortable using the new computer. As for recovering the lost documents, it turned out the the external drive was not set up properly, so Keith decided to take the fried Dell home to try to retrieve the documents. To my great relief and delight he was able to do so after about a week's considerable effort. He returned to my home with all the recovered documents on the external drive I had given him and copied them onto my new HP. Of course, he set me up to have a functioning backup. Keith has my highest recommendation. He is a true professional with great expertise, a customer-focused attitude and very reasonable with his fees."
