"HONESTY. All you can ask for when asking for IT help. Keith goes above and beyond in service by picking up and dropping off, giving advice, and accommodating requests. I had a custom PC that needed severe help and Keith not only dropped it off and picked it up, but was honest with me when there wasn't an alternative fix. Even offered to buy the machine off me. Anyone in the Philadelphia area, use philly tech help."

"Keith did an excellent job repairing my computer from start to finish. He was super fast in replying to my message on yelp, having a conversation with me about my computer issue minutes after I posted. He picked up the laptop from my home the very next day- Super convenient! As he was working through the diagnostics he kept me updated on everything he was doing, making sure that I was OK before he move forward. He was The first person to accurately identify and solve the problem that I was facing with my laptop- I had taken it to my schools tech center before and they were not able to help me. Keith identified and solve the problem within 48 hours then dropped it back off at my home. I don’t think I could’ve asked for a better experience and I’m very thankful for this quick, easy, quality and affordable service!"

"Keith was an amazing help after my laptop stopped working right after Christmas. I found Philly Tech Help through Yelp and was able to speak with him within the hour to setup a convenient time for him to pickup my laptop. The computer was in very bad shape, and Keith was more than accommodating in keeping me in the loop with everything that he was doing and what was going on with it. He let me borrow a laptop to complete my work in the interim and was always available immediately to answer any questions that I had. Very knowledgeable and much more personal than taking the computer to a larger chain. I can not recommend him more highly and I am incredibly happy with the service provided."

"I didn't see any reviews here when I called these guys so I wanted to recommend them to others. Keith was very helpful as I was having a computer emergency. He came to my house and picked up my computer the same day. The rates are very reasonable, and I got my computer back in a short period of time. Forget the geek squad, definitely consider using a local company like this one. Plus he picks up and delivers, you can't beat that. This is an honest opinion, I was skeptical because I didn't see a review, and in fact, I had called others with good reviews first but they all went to voicemail. Philly Tech Help picked up the phone when I needed help, and I really appreciate that."

"Keith was very helpful in fixing my machine (fan was not working/tons of viruses/would barely turn on). He ordered a new fan, replaced the fan and cleaned up most of the gunk on my computer. He offers free pickup and dropoff which is great and his prices were quite affordable vs. sending into Dell and waiting a month for it to be sent back. I've only had the computer back for one day since picking up from Keith, but it is running much smoother than before and am hoping it remains this way going forward.
Although my charger was possibly misplaced, he provided one that works ideally with my machine and was apologetic in that sense.
I will use him in the future for any computer issues."

"Fantastic job! I am delighted with Keith's terrific service in both setting up my new computer and in retrieving my lost documents from the old one. Here's what happened. My Dell AIO desktop suddenly died. After following every suggestion on the internet, it would not start. All my important documents going back several years were on its hard drive. I assumed that my external drive had backed up the documents, but was not sure. I decided to replace the Dell ASAP and after some research ordered an HP AIO Envy. It arrived within a week. I then began looking for technical help both to set up my new computer and to retrieve my documents.
Fortunately, I found Keith at PhillyTechHelp. I called him and within a day he came to my home and confirmed my suspicion that the motherboard had fried. He expertly set up my new HP and patiently configured it to suit all my needs, including the apps and links that I previously used. I was greatly impressed with Keith's depth of knowledge and patience. He not only set me up, but introduced me to features I didn't know the computer had. I frankly learned a lot from him, and he stayed with me until I was fully comfortable using the new computer. As for recovering the lost documents, it turned out the the external drive was not set up properly, so Keith decided to take the fried Dell home to try to retrieve the documents. To my great relief and delight he was able to do so after about a week's considerable effort. He returned to my home with all the recovered documents on the external drive I had given him and copied them onto my new HP. Of course, he set me up to have a functioning backup. Keith has my highest recommendation. He is a true professional with great expertise, a customer-focused attitude and very reasonable with his fees."
